We offer a wide range of dog training instruction in agility, conformation, obedience, and tracking. Our annual events calendar offers opportunities to demonstrate skill attained in agility, obedience, and tracking. Club membership is limited to owners of AKC registered German Shepherd Dogs, but our training classes are open to all-breed and mixed-breed dog owners.

German Shepherd Rescue is a growing group of volunteers committed to creating a second chance for German Shepherd Dogs that, for many reasons, are in need of new homes. GSR is a state licensed, NO KILL animal shelter based in the Chicagoland area. We are a 501(c)3, non-profit organization. Our income is derived from adoption fees, private donations and fund raising activities; all of which goes to care for the dogs.

We are an active club with many diverse interests in the Golden Retriever breed. We sponsor vaccination clinics, heart and eye clinics, educational forums, hunt tests, working tests, an independent conformation/obedience specialty, agility trials and field training classes. The majority of our members are located in the Chicago and suburban Chicago areas. We have members from all over Illinois, southern Wisconsin and northern Indiana.

GCCR’s mission is to help ensure the health and security of abused, abandoned, and otherwise endangered Cavalier King Charles Spaniels by rehabilitating and placing Cavaliers from shelters and similar situations, by assisting breeders and owners in finding new homes for their Cavaliers, and by providing to the public educational materials and consultation regarding Cavalier health and care.

The GCFA is the sole no-kill ferret shelter servicing the Northeastern Illinois area since 1987. The GCFA does not receive federal, state or local tax dollars and relies on donations and fundraising activities. Since our inception, the GCFA and its volunteers who dedicate countless hours each year have rescued over 6000 ferrets; the majority of which have been adopted or fostered out to their forever homes.

Greyhounds Only, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt adoption group serving the Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin area. We are an all-volunteer based group. The mission of Greyhounds Only is to place retired racing and at risk greyhounds into responsible loving homes, to educate the public about the greyhound breed, to provide access to high quality medical care and to collaborate with others that share our common goals.

Guardian Angel Basset Rescue - Booths 530 and 531	visit e-booth
The basics of Guardian Angel Basset Rescue are simple – GABR rescues Basset Hounds from Illinois and Indiana that find themselves in bad situations. Once the Basset is in our possession, we provide the needed vet care - that cost is our largest expense. After he leaves the vet, our new friend goes to one of our wonderful foster homes. Without the foster homes we have, our organization would disintegrate. After the foster home evaluates the dog, our adoption coordinators help the Basset find a good home. Last year, over 300 Bassets were rescued and placed by this organization.
